Price Per Month (taxes extra):

	I will pay for my rental two months at a time. New Instrument Rentals require the initial payment to cover the first four months - then payments will continue two months at a time.
	I will pay for nine months now, and receive one additional month free. Unless instructed otherwise, at the end of the first ten months, we will begin collecting the rental fee two months at a time.
	I will pay for ten months now, and receive two additional months free. Unless instructed otherwise, at the end of the first twelve months, we will begin collecting the rental fee two months at a time.

Delivery of Instrument
